A 4-star bungalow built specifically to meet the requirements of the Irish Tourist Board. The bungalow is situated in a scenic rural location, 1/2 km off the main Ardara to Portnoo road. Sleeping accomodation for 6 people. The village of Ardara is 3 miles in one direction and the seaside village of Narin/Portnoo, where there is a beautiful sandy beach, is 3 miles in the opposite direction.

Accomodation consists of:

  • Sitting room with open fire, TV and video
  • Fully fitted pine kitchen, including microwave,fridge-freezer,automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, electric cooker etc. Tea towels are provided. A welcome basket of essentials (i.e. milk, tea, coffee, etc.) is provided.
  • One of the double bedrooms is en-suite with electric shower.
  • The other two bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other a twin, have vanity units.
  • There is a seperate bathroom with bath and electric shower.
  • Airing cupboard, spare blankets.
  • Spacious hallway.
  • Timber floors throughout, with rugs.
  • Heating is by oil-fired central heating which is metered and is easily acessible by the occupants. Heating is charged according to litres used. This meter is clearly visible to occupants.
  • Electricity is charged according to units used. A reading is taken on arrival and on the morning of departure.
  • Bed linen is provided and also bath and hand towels.
  • Garden furniture and a gas barbeque is available (gas included)and there is a spacious lawn.
